Description of Services
Versatile Impact, LLC will provide the following services:
Photo & Video Wedding Package
(Coverage up to 10 hours)
This package includes:
70 High-Resolution Edited Wedding Photos
Wedding Day Lifestyle Photography Coverage
Complimentary Engagement / Couple Session including:
1-Minute Wedding Teaser Film
4–6 Minute Wedding Summary Video
Full Ceremony Film & Main Parts of Reception
“How We Met” Documentary implemented within the wedding video
Drone Footage (dependent on location, weather, and restrictions)
Multi-Angle Video Coverage
High-Quality Professional Audio
Package Selection & Pricing
Photo & Video Package: $3,600.00
Photo Only or Video Only (Individual): $1,700.00

Payment Terms
Total Contract Price: $3,600.00
Non-Refundable Deposit: $200.00 (due at signing)
Remaining Balance: $3,400.00
The remaining balance is due on or before October 17, 2026.
If paid early, final payment may only be submitted during the week of the wedding.
The wedding date is not secured until both the signed contract and deposit have been received.
Overtime Policy
This package includes up to 10 hours of coverage.
Overtime Rate: $200 per hour, billed in 30-minute increments
Overtime must be approved by the Client on the wedding day
Payment for overtime is due within 48 hours after the event
Delivery Timeline
Wedding teaser film delivered within 14 days after the wedding
Final photo and video gallery delivered within 30–45 days after the wedding date, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing
Rescheduling Policy
One (1) reschedule is permitted without penalty if requested at least 90 days prior to the original wedding date and subject to availability
Reschedules requested less than 90 days prior may incur a rescheduling fee
If Versatile Impact, LLC is unavailable for the new date, all payments made (including deposit) remain non-refundable but may be applied as a credit toward another service if approved in writing
Cancellation Policy
The $200 deposit is non-refundable under all circumstances
If the Client cancels within 60 days of the wedding date, the remaining balance may still be due
Cancellation must be submitted in writing via email
Work Product Ownership
All photo and video content produced will belong to Tj Clark and Marissa Craft.
Versatile Impact, LLC retains the right to use selected images and clips for portfolio, website, marketing, and promotional purposes.
Courtesy & Cooperation
The Client agrees to provide a cooperative environment, adhere to timelines, and ensure reasonable access to venues and participants. Delays caused by guests, vendors, or venue restrictions may affect coverage and delivery.
Warranty
Versatile Impact, LLC agrees to perform all services with professionalism and industry-standard care.
Default
This contract may be considered breached if:
Payment is not made when due
Either party becomes insolvent
Services cannot be rendered as agreed due to Client-related issues
Notice
Any official notice may be sent via email or phone using the contact information provided above.
Assignment
This agreement may not be assigned or transferred by either party without written consent.
