Versatile Impact, LLC will provide videography services for the Client’s wedding ceremony.

Payment Terms

Total Investment: $1000.00

Deposit Paid: $200.00 (Previously Received)

Remaining Balance: $800.00

The remaining balance is due on or before June 13, 2026.

The event date has been secured and the initial deposit has already been received by Versatile Impact, LLC.

Overtime Policy

Coverage includes up to four (4) hours of videography services from 1:30 PM to 6:00 PM.

Overtime Rate: $200.00 per hour (if additional coverage is requested and approved)

Payment for overtime is due within 48 hours after the event.

Delivery Timeline

The final edited ceremony video and a 2–4 minute highlight summary video with ceremony video will be delivered within 14–30 days after the event date unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

Rescheduling Policy

One (1) reschedule is permitted without penalty if requested at least 30 days prior to the event date and subject to availability.

Reschedules requested less than 30 days prior may incur a rescheduling fee.

If Versatile Impact, LLC is unavailable for the new date, payments made remain non-refundable but may be applied as a credit toward another service if approved in writing.

Cancellation Policy

The deposit is non-refundable under all circumstances.

Cancellation must be submitted in writing via email.

Work Product Ownership

All video content produced will belong to Marcie Garringer.
Versatile Impact, LLC retains the right to use selected clips for portfolio, website, marketing, and promotional purposes.

Courtesy & Cooperation

The Client agrees to provide a cooperative environment and ensure reasonable access to the venue and ceremony proceedings.

Warranty

Versatile Impact, LLC agrees to perform all services with professionalism and industry-standard care.

Default

This contract may be considered breached if:

• Payment is not made when due
• Either party becomes insolvent
• Services cannot be rendered as agreed due to Client-related issues

Notice

Any official notice may be sent via email or phone using the contact information provided above.

Assignment

This agreement may not be assigned or transferred by either party without written consent.
