How we met Documentary implemented with the wedding video
Performance of Services: Versatile Impact, LLC DBA Forever Vows, will provide adequate coverage for Kyser Howell and Tasia Thompson Photo and Video silver package and will produce our highest quality Photo and Video package for Kyser Howell and Tasia Thompson. Versatile Impact, LLC DBA Forever Vows will deliver the professionally produced Photo and Video silver package in a timely manner.
Payment: I, Tasia Thompson, agree to pay Versatile Impact, LLC DBA Forever Vows, in consideration for this fee, the deposit of $200.00 for the Video silver package which is due after the contract is signed in order to secure the October 10th, 2026 wedding date. The sum of $3400.00 will be due on October 10th, 2026, by noon.
The wedding date is still open until the contract is signed and a deposit is sent.
Term: Versatile Impact, LLC DBA Forever Vows, Kyser Howell, and Tasia Thompson, agree that this Contract shall begin on . Versatile Impact, LLC DBA Forever Vows shall provide Kyser Howell and Tasia Thompson with the Photo and Video silver package of the final design by or before December 24th, 2026. The teaser video will be sent by or before October 24th, 2026. The contract may be extended and/or renewed by agreement of all parties in writing thereafter.
WORK PRODUCT OWNERSHIP: Any copyrightable works, ideas, discoveries, products, or other information (collectively, the “Work Product”) developed in whole or in part by Versatile Impact, LLC DBA Forever Vows in connection with the Services will be the property of Kyser Howell and Tasia Thompson. Versatile Impact, LLC DBA Forever Vows will have the rights and access to Video to use for social media marketing.
Courtesy: The Photo and Video content schedule and selected methodology are designed to accomplish the goals and wishes of Kyser Howell and Tasia Thompson. Kyser Howell and Tasia Thompson and Versatile Impact, LLC DBA Forever Vows agree that positive cooperation and punctuality are therefore essential.
Warranty: Versatile Impact, LLC DBA Forever Vows shall provide its services and meet Kyser Howell and Tasia Thompson's obligations under this contract in a timely and workmanlike manner, using knowledge and recommendations for performing the services that meet generally acceptable standards in Versatile Impact, LLC DBA Forever Vows' community region and will provide a standard of care equal to or superior to the care used by service providers similar to Versatile Impact, LLC DBA Forever Vows projects.
Default: The occurrence of any of the following shall constitute a material default under this contract:
The failure to make a required payment when due
The insolvency or bankruptcy of either party
The failure to make available or deliver the Services in the time or manner provided for in this contract.
Notice: Any notice or communication required or permitted under this Contract shall be sufficiently given if delivered in person or by email, return receipt requested, or to such other address as one party may have furnished to the other in writing.
Assignment: Neither party may assign or transfer this Contract without the prior written consent of the non-assigning party, which approval shall not be unreasonably withheld.
