The Versatile Impact LLC Contract is made effective as of by and between Jonathan Lee, Taylor McAvoy, and Forever Vows.

What’s Included: Drone Footage, High Quality Audio, Multiple Camera Angles

*If you do not like the video or do not like the audio or parts of the video you will have the availability to make 3 changes. After 3 changes, $50 additional charge will be added per video changes.*

Performance of Services: Forever Vows, will provide adequate coverage for Jonathan Lee and Taylor McAvoy wedding video silver package and will produce our highest quality wedding video silver package for Jonathan Lee and Taylor McAvoy. Forever Vows will deliver the professionally produced wedding video silver package in a timely manner.

Payment Jonathan Lee and Taylor McAvoy agree to pay Forever Vows, in consideration for this fee, the deposit of $100.00 for the wedding video silver package which is due after the contract is signed in order to secure the May 18th, 2024 wedding date. The sum of $3,500 will be due on May 18th, 2024 by or before 4pm (through check or cash or card(card fee).

*The wedding date is still open until the contract is signed and a deposit is sent.

Term: Forever Vows, Jonathan Lee, and Taylor McAvoy that this Contract shall begin on . Forever Vows shall provide Jonathan Lee and Taylor McAvoy with the wedding video silver package of the final design by or before June 15th, 2024. Teaser video and 10 photos will be sent by or before May 25th, 2024. Contract may be extended and/or renewed by agreement of all parties in writing thereafter.

For an additional $500, do you want to receive your teaser video and 3 photos the next day by or before 6pm.

WORD PRODUCT OWNERSHIP: Any copyrightable works, ideas, discoveries, product, or other information (collectively, the “Work Product”) developed in whole or in part by Forever Vows in connection with the Services will be the property of Jonathan Lee and Taylor McAvoy. Forever Vows will have the rights and access to wedding videos to use for social media marketing.

Courtesy: The video content schedule and selected methodology are designed to accomplish the goals and wishes of Jonathan Lee and Taylor McAvoy. Jonathan Lee and Taylor McAvoy and Forever Vows that positive cooperation and punctuality are therefore essential.

Warranty: Forever Vows shall provide his or her services and meet Jonathan Lee and Taylor McAvoy obligation under this contract in a timely and workmanlike manner, using knowledge and recommendation for performing the services which meet generally acceptable standards in Forever Vows community region, and will provide a standard of care equal to, superior to, care used by service provides similar to Forever Vows projects.

Default: The occurrence of any of the following shall constitute a material default under this contract.

The failure to make a required payment when due
The insolvency or bankruptcy of either party
The failure to make available or deliver the Services in the time of manner provided for in this contract.

Notice: Any notice or communication required or permitted under this Contract shall be sufficiently given if delivered in person or by email, return receipt requested or to such other address as one party may have furnished to the other in writing. Assignment Neither party may assign or transfer this Contract without the prior written consent of the non-assigning party, which approval shall not be unreasonably withheld.
