The Versatile Impact, LLC Contract

This contract is made effective as of by and between Joanna Alzen and Zach Feaster and Versatile Impact, LLC DBA Forever Vows.

Description of Service:

Versatile Impact, LLC DBA Forever Vows will provide Zach Feaster and Joanna Alzen with:

• 4 Hours of Professional Wedding Photography Coverage

• 4 Hours of Professional Wedding Videography Coverage

• Approximately 70–80 high-resolution, edited digital images

• A highlight wedding film (up to 6 minutes)

• Online photo gallery for downloading and sharing

• Digital delivery of the wedding film

Performance of Services:

Versatile Impact, LLC DBA Forever Vows will provide adequate coverage for Zach Feaster and Joanna Alzen during the specified window (approximately 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM) and will deliver high-quality photos and video as outlined.

Payment:

I, Joanna Alzen, agree to pay Versatile Impact, LLC DBA Forever Vows in consideration for this service:

• A deposit of $200.00 is due upon signing to secure the June 28, 2025 wedding date.

• The remaining balance of $1,300.00 is due by June 28, 2025 at noon.

The date is not secured until the signed contract and deposit have been received.

Term:

This contract shall begin on . Final delivery of all content (photos and video) will be made by or before July 28, 2025.

  • Fee: $100

  • Includes: Up to 10 edited highlight photos and a 1-minute highlight reel (vertical format for social media)

• 48-Hour Priority Delivery

  • Includes: Up to 10 edited highlight photos and a 1-minute highlight reel

  • Fee: $250

• 7-Day Rush Delivery (

  • Includes: Full photo gallery and highlight video delivered within 7 days of the wedding

  • Fee: $500

  Additional Turnaround upgrades

Versatile Impact, LLC DBA Forever Vows also offers faster delivery options for those who desire previews or social content sooner than the standard turnaround. These add-on services are as follows:

Clients may choose one or combine options based on their needs. These expedited services must be requested prior to the wedding day or during final confirmation.

Work Product Ownership:

Any copyrightable works (photos/videos) developed by Versatile Impact, LLC DBA Forever Vows in connection with these services will belong to Zach Feaster and Joanna Alzen. Versatile Impact, LLC retains the right to use select media for portfolio and marketing purposes.

Courtesy:

A smooth and timely schedule is critical. Both parties agree to cooperate and be punctual for the outlined photo/video coverage.

Warranty:

Versatile Impact, LLC DBA Forever Vows agrees to perform all services with professionalism and a level of care equal to or better than other providers in the field.

Default:

The following conditions will be considered a breach of contract:

• Failure to make a payment when due

• Insolvency or bankruptcy

• Failure to provide services as outlined
