The Versatile Impact LLC Contract is made effective as of by and between Sarah Sikora and Versatile Impact, LLC DBA Forever Vows

Description of Service: Versatile Impact, LLC DBA Forever Vows will provide Eric Lee and Sarah Sikora:

• 80 High Resolution Photos
• Professional wedding photography coverage (Silver Package)
• High-resolution, edited digital images for print and for social
• Online photo gallery for downloading and sharing

Performance of Services:
Versatile Impact, LLC DBA Forever Vows will provide adequate coverage for Eric Lee and Sarah Sikora under the Photo Silver Package and will produce our highest quality photography service. Versatile Impact, LLC DBA Forever Vows will deliver the professionally edited images in a timely manner.

Payment
I, Sarah Sikora, agree to pay Versatile Impact, LLC DBA Forever Vows, in consideration for this fee, the deposit of $200.00 for the Photo Silver Package, which is due after the contract is signed in order to secure the October 25th, 2025 wedding date. The remaining balance of $1,700.00 will be due on October 25th, 2025 by noon.

The wedding date is still open until the contract is signed and a deposit is sent.

Term:
This contract shall begin on . Versatile Impact, LLC DBA Forever Vows shall provide Eric Lee and Sarah Sikora with the final photo gallery by or before November 15th, 2025. The contract may be extended and/or renewed by agreement of all parties in writing thereafter.

Work Product Ownership:
Any copyrightable works, ideas, discoveries, products, or other information (collectively, the “Work Product”) developed in whole or in part by Versatile Impact, LLC DBA Forever Vows in connection with the Services will be the property of Eric Lee and Sarah Sikora. Versatile Impact, LLC DBA Forever Vows will retain the right to use selected photos for portfolio and social media marketing purposes.

Courtesy:
The photography schedule and selected methodology are designed to accomplish the goals and wishes of Eric Lee and Sarah Sikora. Both parties agree that positive cooperation and punctuality are essential.

Warranty:
Versatile Impact, LLC DBA Forever Vows shall provide its services and meet its obligations under this contract in a timely and professional manner, using industry standards and providing a level of care equal to or better than other providers in the same field and region.

Default:
The occurrence of any of the following shall constitute a material default under this contract:

• Failure to make a required payment when due
• Insolvency or bankruptcy of either party
• Failure to provide or deliver the services in the manner and time described in this contract

Notice:
Any notice or communication required or permitted under this contract shall be sufficiently given if delivered in person or by email (return receipt requested), or to such other address as one party may have furnished to the other in writing.

Assignment:
Neither party may assign or transfer this contract without the prior written consent of the non-assigning party, which approval shall not be unreasonably withheld.
