Description of Service: Forever Vows will provide Deon Dunbar and Amber Martin:

Complimentary Engagement/Couple Session

1 Minute Wedding Teaser Film
4-6 min Wedding Summary Video Clip

What’s Included: Drone Footage, High Quality Audio, Multiple Camera Angles

*If you do not like the video or do not like the audio or parts of the video you will have the availability to make 3 changes. After 3 changes, $50 additional charge will be added per video change.*

Performance of Services: Forever Vows, will provide adequate coverage for Deon Dunbar and Amber Martin wedding video and photo silver package and will produce our highest quality wedding video and photo silver package for Deon Dunbar and Amber Martin. Forever Vows will deliver the professionally produced wedding video and photo silver package in a timely manner.

Payment Deon Dunbar and Amber Martin agree to pay Forever Vows, in consideration for this fee, the deposit of $100.00 (PAID) for the wedding video and photo silver package which is due after the contract is signed in order to secure the June 16th, 2023 wedding date. The sum of $3,5.00 will be due on June 16th, 2023 by or before 4pm (through check or cash).

*The wedding date is still open until the contract is signed and a deposit is sent.

Term: Forever Vows, Deon Dunbar, and Amber Martin that this Contract shall begin on . Forever Vows shall provide Deon Dunbar and Amber Martin with the wedding video and photo silver package of the final design by or before July 16th, 2023 3rd. Contract may be extended and/or renewed by agreement of all parties in writing thereafter.

Time Frame:

Teaser Video: June 30th, 2023
5 to 10 Photos: June 16th - June 24th, 2023

WORD PRODUCT OWNERSHIP: Any copyrightable works, ideas, discoveries, product, or other information (collectively, the “Work Product”) developed in whole or in part by Forever Vows in connection with the Services will be the property of Deon Dunbar and Amber Martin. Forever Vows will have the rights and access to wedding videos to use for social media marketing.

Courtesy: The video content schedule and selected methodology are designed to accomplish the goals and wishes of Deon Dunbar and Amber Martin.

Warranty: Forever Vows shall provide his or her services and meet Deon Dunbar and Amber Martin obligation under this contract in a timely and workmanlike manner, using knowledge and recommendation for performing the services which meet generally acceptable standards in Forever Vows community region, and will provide a standard of care equal to, superior to, care used by service provides similar to Forever Vows projects.

Default: The occurrence of any of the following shall constitute a material default under this contract.

The failure to make a required payment when due
The insolvency or bankruptcy of either party
The failure to make available or deliver the Services in the time of manner provided for in this contract.

Notice: Any notice or communication required or permitted under this Contract shall be sufficiently given if delivered in person or by email, return receipt requested or to such other address as one party may have furnished to the other in writing. Assignment Neither party may assign or transfer this Contract without the prior written consent of the non-assigning party, which approval shall not be unreasonably withheld.
