Full Ceremony Film & Main Parts of Receptions

This package includes: For Photos include 6 hours. For video (up to 10 hours), Drone Footage (Depending on location), Multi Angles Shots, & High Quality Audio.

Performance of Services: Darryl Lewis and Shalisha Lewis, will provide adequate coverage for Chad Martin and Barbara Scott photos and video silver package and will produce our highest quality photos and video silver package for Chad Martin and Barbara Scott. Darryl Lewis and Shalisha Lewis will deliver the professionally produced photos and video silver package in a timely manner.

Payment I, Barbara Scott, agree to pay Darryl Lewis and Shalisha Lewis, in consideration for this fee, the deposit of $100.00 for photos and video silver package which is due after the contract is signed in order to secure September 24th, 2022 wedding date. The sum of $2,500.00 will be due on September 24th, 2022 by noon.

*The wedding date is still open until the contract is signed and a deposit is sent.

Term: Darryl Lewis, Shalisha Lewis, Chad Martin, and Barbara Scott that this Contract shall begin on . Darryl Lewis and Shalisha Lewis shall provide Chad Martin and Barbara Scott with the photos and video silver package of the final design by or before October 24th, 2022 . Teaser video and up to 10 photos will be sent by or before October 15th, 2022 Contract may be extended and/or renewed by agreement of all parties in writing thereafter.

WORD PRODUCT OWNERSHIP: Any copyrightable works, ideas, discoveries, product, or other information (collectively, the “Work Product”) developed in whole or in part by Darryl Lewis and Shalisha Lewis in connection with the Services will be the property of Chad Martin and Barbara Scott. Darryl Lewis and Shalisha Lewis will have the rights and access to Photos and Videos to use for social media marketing.

Courtesy: The video and photo content schedule and selected methodology are designed to accomplish the goals and wishes of Chad Martin and Barbara Scott. Chad Martin and Barbara Scott and Darryl Lewis and Shalisha Lewis that positive cooperation and punctuality are therefore essential.

Warranty: Darryl Lewis and Shalisha Lewis shall provide his or her services and meet Chad Martin and Barbara Scott obligation under this contract in a timely and workmanlike manner, using knowledge and recommendation for performing the services which meet generally acceptable standards in Darryl Lewis and Shalisha Lewis community region, and will provide a standard of care equal to, superior to, care used by service provides similar to Darryl Lewis and Shalisha Lewis projects.

Default: The occurrence of any of the following shall constitute a material default under this contract.

The failure to make a required payment when due
The insolvency or bankruptcy of either party
The failure to make available or deliver the Services in the time of manner provided for in this contract.

Notice: Any notice or communication required or permitted under this Contract shall be sufficiently given if delivered in person or by email, return receipt requested or to such other address as one party may have furnished to the other in writing. Assignment Neither party may assign or transfer this Contract without the prior written consent of the non-assigning party, which approval shall not be unreasonably withheld.
