SERVICES PROVIDED
Lewis Media and Forever Vows agree to provide professional photography and videography services for the wedding of Amahd Longworth and Viktoria Hill on June 5, 2027.
Photography Services Include:
Up to 4 Hours of Photography Coverage
Wedding Ceremony Coverage
Couple Portraits
Wedding Party Portraits
Family Portraits
Candid Wedding-Day Photography
40–70 Professionally Edited Images
Digital Delivery of Final Images
Photography coverage includes 40–70 professionally edited images selected and edited by Lewis Media / Forever Vows.
If the Client would like additional professionally edited images beyond those included in the package, additional images may be purchased for $10 per image.
Videography Services Include:
Up to 4 Hours of Videography Coverage
Professional Audio Recording
Wireless Microphones When Appropriate
Wedding Ceremony Coverage
Couple and Wedding Party Footage
Reception Coverage During the Contracted Time
Professionally Edited Wedding Ceremony Video
2–4 Minute Wedding Highlight Summary Video
Digital Delivery of Final Videos
The videography package includes two final video deliverables:
Wedding Ceremony Video — A professionally edited video of the wedding ceremony.
Wedding Highlight Video — A professionally edited 2–4 minute highlight summary video featuring memorable moments captured throughout the contracted wedding-day coverage.
EVENT TIMELINE
The exact photography and videography timeline will be determined during the wedding consultation.
The Client understands that the contracted package includes a maximum of 4 consecutive hours of photography coverage and 4 consecutive hours of videography coverage.
Coverage start and end times will be finalized prior to the wedding date.
Any additional coverage requested beyond the contracted four hours must be approved by Lewis Media / Forever Vows and may require an additional fee.

RETAINER & PAYMENT SCHEDULE
A non-refundable retainer of $250.00 is required to reserve the wedding date and photography/videography services.
Total Investment: $2,000.00
Non-Refundundable Retainer: $250.00
Remaining Balance: $1,750.00
The remaining balance must be paid on or before the wedding date unless another payment arrangement has been agreed upon in writing.
June 5, 2027 is not considered officially reserved until both the signed agreement and the $250 retainer have been received.
CONSULTATION
After the signed agreement and retainer have been received, Lewis Media / Forever Vows will schedule a wedding consultation with the Client.

The Client agrees to provide Lewis Media / Forever Vows with accurate information regarding the wedding schedule and any significant changes that could affect coverage.
DELIVERY
Photography
Final professionally edited wedding images will be delivered electronically.
Lewis Media / Forever Vows will make reasonable efforts to deliver the completed photography gallery within four (4) weeks following the wedding. 2 to 3 Images will be send 1 to 4 days after ceremony.
The photography gallery will include 40–70 professionally edited images. Additional edited images may be purchased for $10 per image.
Videography
The final wedding videos will be delivered electronically.
The Client will receive:
Lewis Media / Forever Vows will make reasonable efforts to deliver the completed wedding videos within six (6) weeks following the wedding.
Delivery times may vary depending on workload, event complexity, holidays, or circumstances beyond our control.
CREATIVE STYLE & EDITING
The Client acknowledges that Lewis Media / Forever Vows retains creative control over the photography and videography process, including composition, camera angles, image selection, editing style, music selection, color grading, and the overall presentation of the final work.
Not every photograph or video clip captured during the wedding will be delivered.
Raw or unedited photographs and video footage are not included in this package unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
CLIENT COOPERATION
The Client agrees to provide reasonable cooperation and sufficient time for Lewis Media / Forever Vows to perform the contracted services.
Lewis Media / Forever Vows is not responsible for missed photographs or video footage resulting from:
Late arrivals or schedule delays
Uncooperative guests or wedding party members
Venue or officiant restrictions
Guests blocking cameras or interfering with coverage
Changes to the wedding timeline that were not communicated
Insufficient time being provided for requested photographs or footage
VENUE RESTRICTIONS
The Client is responsible for confirming that photography, videography, lighting, and audio recording are permitted at the wedding venue.
Lewis Media / Forever Vows will comply with reasonable rules established by Christian Worship Assembly, the officiant, or other venue representatives.
Lewis Media / Forever Vows is not responsible for limitations in coverage caused by venue restrictions.
CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING
The $250 retainer is non-refundable.
If the Client cancels the wedding or photography/videography services, the retainer will not be refunded.
If the Client requests to reschedule the wedding, Lewis Media / Forever Vows will make reasonable efforts to accommodate the new date based on availability.
Availability on a new wedding date is not guaranteed.
Any rescheduling arrangements must be agreed upon in writing.
MODEL RELEASE
The Client grants Lewis Media and Forever Vows permission to use photographs and video footage from the wedding for portfolio, website, social media, marketing, promotional materials, and advertising purposes unless otherwise requested in writing before the event date.

COPYRIGHT & PERSONAL USE
Lewis Media / Forever Vows retains copyright ownership of all photographs and video footage created during the event.
The Client receives permission to download, share, display, and reproduce the delivered photographs and videos for personal, non-commercial use.
The Client may share the final photographs and videos on social media.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
In the unlikely event that Lewis Media / Forever Vows is unable to perform the contracted services due to serious illness, injury, equipment failure, acts of God, severe weather, venue restrictions, emergencies, or circumstances beyond reasonable control, liability shall be limited to the amount of payments received from the Client.
Lewis Media / Forever Vows will take reasonable precautions to protect captured photographs and video footage. However, in the unlikely event of equipment malfunction, memory card failure, data loss, corruption, or another technical failure resulting in the loss of some or all event coverage, liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the Client under this agreement.
ENTIRE AGREEMENT
This agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the Client and Lewis Media / Forever Vows and supersedes all prior discussions, communications, quotes, or agreements regarding the services described herein.
Any changes to this agreement must be agreed upon in writing by both parties.
