SERVICES PROVIDED

Lewis Media and Forever Vows agree to provide photography and videography services for the Client's vow renewal ceremony.

Photography Services Include:

• Up to 1 Hour of Coverage
• Family Portraits
• Couple Portraits
• Ceremony Photography
• Approximately 20–25 Professionally Edited Images
• Digital Delivery of Final Images

Videography Services Include:

• Up to 1 Hour of Coverage
• Professional Audio Recording
• Wireless Microphones for Ceremony Participants
• Recording of the Vow Renewal Ceremony
• Additional Footage of the Couple and Family
• 1–3 Minute Highlight Video
• Digital Delivery of Final Video

EVENT TIMELINE

Photography is expected to begin at approximately 10:00 AM.

The vow renewal ceremony is expected to begin at approximately 11:00 AM.

Coverage will include family portraits before the ceremony and ceremony coverage during the allotted one-hour coverage period.

INVESTMENT

Total Photography & Videography Package

Total Investment: $500.00

RETAINER & PAYMENT SCHEDULE

A non-refundable retainer of $250.00 is required to reserve the event date and services.

Remaining Balance Due: $250.00

The remaining balance must be paid on or before the event date.

No date is considered reserved until both the signed agreement and retainer payment have been received.

DELIVERY

Photography

Final edited images will be delivered within fourteen (14) business days following the event.

Videography

The final highlight video will be delivered within twenty-one (21) business days following the event.

All final files will be delivered electronically.

WEATHER POLICY

This event is scheduled outdoors. In the event of severe weather, coverage will continue at an alternate location designated by the Client if available.

Lewis Media and Forever Vows are not responsible for weather-related delays, interruptions, or venue changes beyond their control.

CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING

The retainer is non-refundable.

If the Client requests to reschedule the event, Lewis Media will make reasonable efforts to accommodate the new date based on availability. Rescheduling is not guaranteed.

MODEL RELEASE

The Client grants Lewis Media and Forever Vows permission to use photographs and video footage from the event for portfolio, website, social media, marketing, promotional materials, and advertising purposes unless otherwise requested in writing before the event date.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

In the unlikely event of illness, injury, equipment failure, acts of God, venue restrictions, weather conditions, or circumstances beyond the control of Lewis Media and Forever Vows, liability shall be limited to the return of any payments received.

ENTIRE AGREEMENT

This agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the Client and Lewis Media / Forever Vows and supersedes all prior discussions, communications, or agreements.
