The Versatile Impact, LLC Contract

This contract is made effective as of by and between Makenley Ashlen Rorick and Ian Duncan Warwick and Versatile Impact, LLC.

Description of Service

Versatile Impact, LLC will provide Makenley Ashlen Rorick and Ian Duncan Warwick with the following package:

• 1-Minute Wedding Teaser Film (delivered within 5–14 days after wedding date)

• 15-Minute Wedding Documentary

• Full Ceremony Film & Main Parts of Reception

• "How We Met" Documentary implemented with the wedding video

• Videography Coverage (up to 10 hours)

• Drone Footage (depending on location)

• Multi-Angle Shots

• High-Quality Audio

Payment

Total Price: $2,600.00
Discount: $800.00 Off
Total After Discount: $1,800.00

A non-refundable deposit of $300.00 is due upon signing to secure the July 11, 2026 wedding date.

The remaining balance of $1,500.00 is due on July 11, 2026. If the final payment is sent before the wedding, it may only be sent during the week of the wedding.

The date is not secured until both the signed contract and deposit have been received.

Term

This contract shall begin on .

Final delivery of all contracted video content will be made by August 11, 2026, and the teaser video will be sent 7 days after the wedding, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Work Product Ownership

Any copyrightable works (video) developed by Versatile Impact, LLC in connection with these services will belong to Makenley Ashlen Rorick and Ian Duncan Warwick. Versatile Impact, LLC retains the right to use select media for portfolio and marketing purposes.

Courtesy

A smooth and timely schedule is critical. Both parties agree to cooperate and be punctual for the outlined coverage.

Warranty

Versatile Impact, LLC agrees to perform all services with professionalism and a level of care equal to or better than other providers in the field.

Default

The following conditions will be considered a breach of contract:

• Failure to make a payment when due

• Insolvency or bankruptcy

• Failure to provide services as outlined

Neither party may assign or transfer this contract without written permission from the other party.
