The Versatile Impact LLC Contract is made effective as of by and between Sonia Cobb and Versatile Impact, LLC DBA Forever Vows

Description of Service: Versatile Impact, LLC DBA Forever Vows will provide Howard Norman and Sonia Cobb:
- 70 High Resolution Photos
- Complimentary Engagement/Couple Session
- 10 High Resolution Photos
- 1 min engagement reel (Save the Date)
- 1 minutes wedding teaser film
- 4 - 6 min Summary Video clip
- Full Ceremony Film & Main Parts of Receptions
- Photos include 6 hours. For video (up to 10 hours)
Performance of Services: Versatile Impact, LLC DBA Forever Vows, will provide adequate coverage for Howard Norman and Sonia Cobb Video and Photos silver package and will produce our highest quality Video and Photos silver package for Howard Norman and Sonia Cobbs. Versatile Impact, LLC DBA Forever Vows will deliver the professionally produced Video and Photos silver package in a timely manner.
Payment I, Sonia Cobb, agreed to pay Versatile Impact, LLC DBA Forever Vows, in consideration for this fee, the deposit of $340.00 for the Video and Photos silver package which is due after the contract is signed in order to secure the May 24th, 2025 wedding date. The sum of $3260.00 will be due on May 25th, 2025 by noon. No payment plan in advance is not available

Term: Versatile Impact, LLC DBA Forever Vows, Howard Norman, and Sonia Cobb, that this Contract shall begin on . Versatile Impact, LLC DBA Forever Vows shall provide Howard Norman and Sonia Cobbs with the Video and Photos silver package of the final design by or before July 24th, 2025 . Teaser video and 10 Photos will be sent by or before June 7th, 2025 Contract may be extended and/or renewed by agreement of all parties in writing thereafter.
WORD PRODUCT OWNERSHIP: Any copyrightable works, ideas, discoveries, products, or other information (collectively, the “Work Product”) developed in whole or in part by Versatile Impact, LLC DBA Forever Vows in connection with the Services will be the property of Howard Norman and Sonia Cobb. Versatile Impact, LLC DBA Forever Vows will retain rights and access to the Video and Photos to use for social media marketing.
Courtesy: The video and photo content schedule and selected methodology are designed to accomplish the goals and wishes of Howard Norman and Sonia Cobb. Both parties agree that positive cooperation and punctuality are therefore essential.
Warranty: Versatile Impact, LLC DBA Forever Vows shall provide its services and meet its obligations under this Contract in a timely and workmanlike manner, using its knowledge and recommendations for performing the services to meet generally acceptable standards in the community region, and will provide a standard of care equal to or superior to that used by service providers similar to Versatile Impact, LLC DBA Forever Vows.
Default: The occurrence of any of the following shall constitute a material default under this contract.
- The failure to make a required payment when due
- The insolvency or bankruptcy of either party
- The failure to make available or deliver the Services in the time of manner provided for in this contract.
Notice: Any notice or communication required or permitted under this Contract shall be sufficiently given if delivered in person or by email, return receipt requested or to such other address as one party may have furnished to the other in writing. Assignment Neither party may assign or transfer this Contract without the prior written consent of the non-assigning party, which approval shall not be unreasonably withheld.
